Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our exceptional team at Mr Mills, a refined, service-driven bar known for delivering memorable beverage and dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver flawless, high-level service
- Lead and maintain a strong floor presence
- Bring creative thinking and a solutions driven approach to operations
- Managing and coordinatingevents in the venue
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits

Qualifications

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, at a premium venue
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
- Experience in running eventsis a bonus
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
