Social Futures seeks a Senior Manager Aboriginal Leadership and Engagement to provide strategic direction across Aboriginal workforce development, cultural capability and community engagement. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team, shaping culturally responsive service delivery.

The position drives strategy, partnership with Aboriginal communities and networks, and maintains meaningful engagement to improve outcomes across homelessness, housing, youth and family services.
