Kirinari Community Services is recruiting a part time Team Leader – Disability in the Riverina region (Griffith). The role oversees individualised supports in SIL/Group Homes, leading a team to ensure a person-centred, high-quality culture and outcomes for clients.

You will provide direct support, mentor staff, and manage administrative functions to sustain service continuity across shifts, including sleeps and weekends.
