The TheirCare region spanning Wodonga and nearby suburbs seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead delivery across 10 services. You will travel across the region, drive program quality, safety and compliance, and coach local teams to achieve exceptional child outcomes.

With the support of an experienced Operations Manager and Head Office, you will implement TheirCare practices, manage rostering and community engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement across centres.
