About the role:

If successfuk, you will provide effective andhigh-quality administration support to internal stakeholders.Working closely with the Coordinators in the Education PerformanceUnit, this position contributes to the smooth functioning of theEducation Performance Unit and supports compliance and qualityassurance activities.

To be considered for this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:

Minimum of Certificate III inBusiness Administration or similar field; and/or Atleast 1 years’ experience in an administration role





Demonstrated ability to provideadministrative support in a funded/contracted setting,including the ability to communicate with a range ofpeople (for example, CALD communities and difficultclients)

Demonstrated knowledge ofvarious administrative functions in Education programsincluding SEE, Skills First, AMEP and ACFE

High level IT skills includinguse of online platforms in registering and enrollingEducation clients

Proficient in Student ManagementSystems, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint andTeams

Demonstrated ability in usingonline platforms to support clients and client datareporting

Ability to work with datasetsand maintain data integrity

Accuracy and attention to detailin data processing and recordkeeping

Ability to generate regularreports, undertake basic analysis of results and makesimple recommendations to management to highlightconcerning changes

Demonstrated ability to takeinitiative, problem solve and take the extra mile toengage clients

Experience working with clientmanagement systems and/or government reporting systems(ARMS, Workforce Australia, SVTS, inputting andextracting data

Possess strong organisational and time managementskills, including the ability to effectivelyprioritise tasks from multiple stakeholders

Exposure to financial processes,



payments and/orpetty cash management

Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively as part of a team in a busyenvironment

Excellent spoken and written communication andpresentation skills, including Some editing skills

Ability to maintain manual and electronic records

Demonstrated attention to detail
