We are looking for Personal Care Workers to work at our facilities based in Townsville.

This role is permanent full time position (38 hours per week)

About The Role

As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

To provide high quality, safe,



and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents. Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort. Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation. Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership. To Be Successful, You Will Have

At least 12 months' prior work experience Robust and clear verbal communication skills Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support Experience in care role highly regarded Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

The guaranteed minimum earnings (inclusive of allowances and penalties) will be no less than $68,864 per annum plus superannuation. This could include a combination of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
