Shift Supervisor – Zambrero Geelong West

What You’ll Do - Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager

Lead the team and keep service running smoothly Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation Support new and existing team members Provide warm and welcoming customer service Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and welcoming Assist with stock, ordering, and basic admin tasks

What You Bring

Hospitality or supervisory experience (preferred)



Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to learn our systems and standards Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced workplace Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
