Your Role

As an educator with Montessori Academy, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children thrive. You’ll be supported by a passionate team and empowered to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Build solid, supportive relationships with children and families Develop and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment in line with OH&S; standards Monitor and document children's progress through regular observations and reports Communicate effectively with families about their child’s daily experiences and development Embrace and model the Montessori philosophy in daily practice

About You

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working With Children Check First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, EYLF, and Regulations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative,



team-oriented mindset Passionate about Montessori education and child-led learning Committed to supporting the holistic development of each child
