Carlile Swim in Perth is seeking a hands-on Customer Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the centre and develop the Customer Experience team and Pool Deck Supervisors. You’ll recruit, onboard and mentor staff, manage rosters, monitor performance and champion a secure, high‑quality experience for swimmers and families across the centre.

Working closely with the Swim School Manager and Program Manager, you’ll drive bookings, centre admin and safeguarding, while modelling the PACE
