Launch Housing in Melbourne invites applications for an Intensive Case Manager in our Supportive Housing team. The permanent part time role (60.8 hours per fortnight) is based at Dandenong and focuses on assertive outreach, client engagement and evidence-based case planning for clients with complex needs.
You will advocate for clients, collaborate with internal and external services, and contribute to a positive, trauma-informed workplace while meeting reporting standards.
