This senior, client-facing role oversees after-hours portfolios, focusing on high-hours, private, and complex cases across Wednesday to Sunday, ensuring service continuity and smooth onboarding.

You will provide proactive case management oversight during evening and weekend windows, escalate clinical concerns promptly, and collaborate with the Clinical On-Call or Manager On-Call.
