We’re seeking a Client Growth Lead to develop and empower a team of Insurance Specialists. You'll focus on building capability, driving results and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged and empowered to succeed. You'll combine hands-on coaching with strong operational leadership to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll help remove barriers, improve team performance and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our Client Growth function.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll be:

- Leading and developing a team of Insurance Specialists to achieve sales, activity and customer outcome targets

- Coaching consultants through call reviews, performance conversations and real-time support

- Embedding consistent telesales disciplines across discovery, needs analysis, objection handling and closing

- Managing inbound enquiries, outbound lead activity, callbacks and sales workflow priorities

- Using reporting and insights to identify opportunities, lift performance and support individual development

- Running regular team huddles, one-on-ones and performance check-ins

- Partnering with Marketing, Underwriting, Operations, Technology and Risk teams to improve customer and business outcomes

- Supporting onboarding, capability development and career growth within the team





- Maintaining strong quality and compliance standards across all sales activities

- Helping implement process improvements, business changes and new initiatives across the function

Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring

- Experience leading, coaching or developing sales teams in a contact centre, telesales or customer-facing environment

- Strong understanding of sales performance, lead management and conversion improvement

- The ability to coach others through observation, feedback and capability development

- Experience working in a regulated industry such as insurance, banking or financial services

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- A practical leadership style focused on accountability, support and results

- Confidence working with reporting, data and performance metrics to drive decision-making

- The ability to balance commercial performance with customer and compliance outcomes

- A collaborative approach and willingness to lead from the front when needed
