Our client is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Hand to join their operations team and bolster their output weekly.

This is a hands-on role involving general facility maintenance, yard hand work, assisting with the day-to-day operation of the clients site.

If suitably qualified there is an opportunity to operate mobile plant and site equipment.

Training may be provided to the right candidate, depending on experience and competencies.

Responsibilities

Assist with the processing of multiple items.

Monitor and report contamination in delivered materials.

Assist with the operation of the clients to site as well as tuck drivers.

Assist with cleaning and maintaining the facility and communictae any issues to management.

Complete required documentation, checklists, pre-starts and operational reports.

Follow all workplace health, safety, environmental and operational procedures.

Work collaboratively with supervisors,



operators, contractors, suppliers and members of the public.

Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with your skills, experience and capabilities.

Operation of excavator and front end loader if qualified at times as directed.

Your Profile

A solid commitment to workplace health and safety.

The ability to perform manual and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete operational records accurately.

A reliable, flexible and positive attitude.

The ability to identify hazards, report issues and follow instructions.

A willingness to assist with general YArd Hand duties when required.

Excavator and/or Front-end loader experienvce is highly regarded.

Casual employment with our client to commence with.

Monday–Friday roster, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

From $38/HR
