Branch Manager Tree Services provides professional tree services across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and South East Queensland.

With more than 10 years' experience, we have built an excellent local reputation for quality workmanship, safety and reliable service, working with councils, government, commercial, sporting and residential clients.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated people for the following positions.

1. ARBORIST SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced Arborist Supervisor to oversee our arborist teams and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate arborist teams

- Allocate daily work and monitor job progress

- Complete tree pruning, removals and maintenance

- Conduct site assessments and identify hazards

- Ensure SWMS and safety procedures are followed

- Liaise with clients and management

- Assist with complex removals, rigging and crane work

- Maintain equipment and high standards of site presentation

Requirements

- Certificate III in Arboriculture

- Arboricultural experience with supervisory experience preferred

- Current First Aid and White Card

- MR Licence preferred

- EWP / Working at Heights preferred

- High Risk Work Licence – WP preferred

- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

- Reliable, physically fit and safety-focused

2. ARBORIST CLIMBER / TREE WORKER

We are looking for an experienced Arborist Climber to undertake a range of professional climbing, pruning and tree removal works.

Key Responsibilities

- Rope access and aerial tree climbing

- Formative, structural and corrective pruning

- Tree removals and dismantling

- Rigging and controlled lowering

- Chainsaw operations

- Deadwood and canopy maintenance

- Complex and crane-assisted removals

- Safe work around roads, buildings and public areas

- Maintaining equipment and worksite presentation

Requirements





- Certificate III in Arboriculture – Mandatory

- Minimum 3 years' climbing experience

- Experience in pruning and tree removals

- Current First Aid and White Card

- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

Highly regarded: MR Licence, EWP / Working at Heights, WP Licence, chainsaw and rigging qualifications/experience.

3. ARBORIST GROUNDSMAN

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Arborist Groundsman to work alongside our climbers and arborist teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist climbers with ground operations

- Manage ropes and lowering operations

- Operate wood chippers

- Process branches and green waste

- Assist with pruning and tree removals

- Chainsaw work where appropriately trained

- Set up work areas and exclusion zones

- Load and unload equipment

- Maintain clean and safe worksites

- Maintain equipment and work vehicles

Requirements

- White Card

- Tree work, landscaping or outdoor experience preferred

- MR Licence preferred

- Chainsaw experience highly regarded

- Strong work ethic and physical fitness

- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

- Willingness to learn and develop arboricultural skills
