We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Psychologist — School & Private Practice to join our team.
This role is primarily based within our dedicated FLOW office on the Trinity Senior School campus, providing psychological services to Years 11 and 12 students.
Whether you are looking for a permanent part-time position or the flexibility of a contractor arrangement, we would love to hear from you.
Minimum availability: 2 days per week.

About the Role
This diverse role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both educational and clinical settings.
Working primarily from our FLOW office located on the Trinity Senior School campus, you will provide evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for senior school students, while also contributing to our growing private practice.
Your role will include:
• Providing psychological assessment, intervention and therapeutic support for adolescents and private clients.
• Completing intake, risk and other psychological assessments as appropriate.
• Developing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Supporting students experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, school
engagement concerns, relationship challenges and other mental health presentations.
• Collaborating with families, educators, health professionals and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Developing and facilitating psychoeducational groups and wellbeing programs.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, peer consultation and clinical supervision.
• Contributing to the development of clinical resources and innovative service delivery across the practice.
About You
You are a compassionate psychologist who enjoys building genuine therapeutic relationships and working collaboratively to support positive outcomes.
You will bring:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
• A commitment to evidence-based,
client-centred practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and clinical documentation skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Experience working with adolescents or within educational settings (highly regarded, but not essential).
You will also hold, or be willing to obtain:
• Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent child-related screening).
• Responding to Abuse and Neglect training (or willingness to obtain).
• All other compliance requirements relevant to the role.
