About the role

An chance has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the firm on a full-time, permanent basis at the Fairfield office. You will be the first point of contact for the business, requiring a high level of written and verbal skills.

Key responsibilities

- Answering telephone calls and managing enquiries

- Opening legal files and assisting lawyers with the management of their files

- Reviewing and preparing responses to general email correspondence

- Maintaining stationery and office supplies

- Collection of mail on a daily basis

- General administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing and invoicing





- Managing solicitors' diary

About you

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sound attention to detail

- Minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience

- Utilizing time management skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines

- Enthusiastically interacting with clients on a daily basis

- A positive approach and good work ethic

- Familiarity with legal software Silq
