Be part of something new at City Beach Eastland!

Our brand-new City Beach Eastland store is opening in November 2026, and we're looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Supervisor to join our leadership team and help bring the store to life from day one.

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play an important role in launching the new store, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to build our team culture, establish high standards and create an exceptional City Beach experience for our customers.

You'll lead from the front, inspiring and supporting the team to deliver outstanding customer service, strong product knowledge and personalised solutions. You'll also support the leadership team across daily store operations, visual presentation, stock management and achieving key business objectives.

This is more than just a leadership role – it's an chance to be part of the opening team and help shape the success of our brand-new Eastland store from day one.

What you'll be doing

- Create a customer-focused culture through a supportive, development-driven environment that enhances both team and customer experiences.

- Lead shifts and support the team to deliver store KPIs across Sales, People, Compliance, Visual Merchandising and Wages.

- Support daily store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, store presentation and promotional set-up.

- Maintain high standards across the shopfloor and stockroom, ensuring the store is always ready for our customers.

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently assist customers with product recommendations and solutions.

- Support the leadership team in achieving store budgets, targets and customer service objectives.

- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security and team supervision.

- Provide feedback, coaching and training to team members, supporting their development and reporting outcomes to leadership.





- Support the onboarding and development of new team members as part of the Eastland opening team.

- Ensure a safe, compliant and positive work environment in line with WHS requirements and City Beach policies.

- Uphold company policies and employment standards, escalating issues to the leadership team when required.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality or service environment.

- Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role is highly regarded.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales results.

- The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- An energetic, enthusiastic and hands-on approach to store operations and team engagement.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently lead a team.
