About the role:

Working in a fun and lively environment, the Conference and Events Sales Executive is responsible for the coordination and sales of Conferences and Events across the DOMA Hotels portfolio. This includes quoting, contracting and the management of Events. The position is also expected to conduct site inspections and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to convert business in accordance with the overall strategy and budget targets.

Some key responsibilities include:

•Coordinating events and conferences across Doma Hotels, this includes preparing and communicating event orders

- Driving sales. providing quotations and contracts for conferences and events covering venue, menu and accommodation costs to ensure revenue is maximised

- Conduct site inspections to showcase the portfolio of Doma Hotels to new and existing clients when required





- Liaising with the operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided

- Develop and maintain a contact and customer database within Opera

- Maintaining the sales management system

What you will bring:

Your communication skills will be first class, as will your knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Naturally, your previous years' experience within a sales coordinator or exec role will come highly regarded. As will the following:

- A minimum 2 years experience in a sales role

- The ability to deal with a diverse client base and meet deadlines

- Well-developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Experience in a similar sales-based role

- Knowledge of OPERA Sales, Ivvy & Catering Systems desirable

- A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to offer outstanding service

- Immaculate grooming and presentation

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

- A valid working visa for Australia
