Lead the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction sites, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor
- Hands-on experience delivering Australian commercial construction projects
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
- Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
- Australian Citizenship required
