Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers and Forklift Operators to join the team at a leading wine bottling and beverage production facility.

With multiple shifts available across a rotating roster, competitive hourly rates and ongoing work, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent hours within a fast-paced, modern production environment.

Attractive Pay Rates

Production Workers

- Day Shift: $35.33 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $41.22 per hour
- Night Shift: $42.69 per hour

Forklift Operators

- Day Shift: $37.72 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $44.00 per hour
- Night Shift: $45.57 per hour

Competitive hourly rates with attractive shift penalties, plus opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.

Shifts & Rosters

The facility operates Monday to Sunday, with opportunities across:

- Day Shift: Commencing around 7:00am
- Afternoon Shift: Commencing around 3:00pm
- Night Shift: Commencing around 11:00pm
- Rotating rosters across multiple shifts
- Additional shifts may be available depending on production requirements

Applicants must be comfortable working within a rotating roster and have flexibility across day, afternoon and night shifts.

Production Worker Responsibilities

- Working on high-speed bottling and packaging production lines
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Packing, labelling and palletising finished products
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process




- Preparing products and materials for production
- Manual handling and general production duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

- Operating forklifts safely within a busy production environment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving pallets, packaging materials and finished products
- Replenishing production and bottling lines
- Storing and retrieving stock within warehouse areas
- Completing general warehouse and production duties as required
- Maintaining accurate stock movements
- Following all site safety and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, food, beverage or bottling environments is highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive and manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Forklift Operators

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated practical forklift operating experience
- Previous experience within manufacturing, warehousing,



production or beverage environments
- Confidence operating around production lines and busy warehouse areas
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
