Part Time, Max Term (Maternity Leave Coverage – (Current – March 2027))

About the Role:

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Ward at Echuca Regional Health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a RN with a passion for pre and post operation care in a busy 18 bed surgical ward.

Key responsibilities include:

· Practice within a professional, ethical, and evidence‑based nursing framework,

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and plan, implement, and evaluate safe, effective, and evidence‑based nursing care

- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk identification, and service development, and contribute to unit activities such as team meetings and education sessions

- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested

- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Qualifications/experience required:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practising certificate

- Behavioural qualities that reflect ERH Values

- Desirable – post graduate studies in related field
