Our client is a well-established national residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes and maintaining well-structured systems across their construction teams.
With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth across the South West corridor, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on with their sites but also values having the right support around them. You'll be joining an established team with experienced leadership, solid processes and the resources needed to keep projects moving.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a workbook of around 15 homes at varying stages of construction, overseeing each project from site start through to completion and handover.
The current workbook includes a mix of estate and more customised homes, with exposure to both low-set and high-set builds.
You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing construction schedules, maintaining quality standards, monitoring progress and ensuring each home is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
You'll also have strong internal support, working closely with an experienced Construction Manager, as well as dedicated production and sales estimating teams.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
* QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential)
* Strong experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes
* Comfortable managing a workbook of around 15 homes
* Strong ability to coordinate trades, schedules, quality and budgets
* Valuable understanding of residential construction processes from site start through to handover
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team

* $120K to $140K + Super + Car + Fuel Card + Phone (depending on experience)
