St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking an organised and customer-focused Uniform Shop Coordinator to join our Locker Room team in a full-time, term-time role with an immediate start, plus additional paid casual hours during scheduled school holiday periods.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help coordinate the day-to-day operation of the College’s on-campus Locker Room, supporting everything from customer service and stock management to online orders, merchandising and College events.
With a strong focus on service and organisation, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming retail experience for our students, families and wider College community.

School holiday hours
While this is a full-time, term-time position, the Locker Room also operates during selected school holiday periods. The successful applicant will be expected to work additional paid casual hours during:
- The final three days of the Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3 school holidays
- The first two weeks following the end of Term 4
- From the second week of January onwards
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, online and event sales
- Coordinate stock management, ordering and inventory control
- Support merchandising, product development and promotional activities
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting
- Maintain POS systems, online store updates and smooth day-to-day operations
About you
You’re organised, reliable and confident in a busy, hands-on retail environment. You enjoy helping people, take pride in keeping things running smoothly and can confidently manage competing priorities.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in retail management, coordination or assistant management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence using POS systems and online retail platforms, with Neto/Maropost experience an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, with knowledge of stock control, merchandising and retail operations
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and support the values of Catholic education in the Edmund Rice tradition
