Job Summary:

We are seeking a Qualified Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team in Norwood. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports

- Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, alignment, and related services

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within industry timeframes

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults





- Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent)

- Experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A current driver’s licence

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignment is highly desirable

- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
