This is a finance seat where you'll genuinely shape how a growing group scales, not just report on it after the fact.
One of the fastest-growing groups in its sector, running a national network of clinics with turnover approaching $70 million. It's currently in an aspirational growth phase, expanding through both acquisitions and organic growth, which means the finance function is scaling right alongside it.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of monthly financial reporting across multiple entities, support budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and build financial models that actually inform decisions. Expect early stage cleanup work and ERP implementation too, so this suits someone comfortable operating in a business that's not yet fully stabilised.

What you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Assistant Accountant
- CPA or CA qualification, or currently working towards it
- Strong month end and financial reporting experience across multiple entities
- Advanced Excel skills with genuine financial modelling capability
- Cashflow forecasting experience and a scrappy, hands on approach
- Healthcare, multi-site, ERP implementation or Xero experience highly regarded
