You'll provide hands-on technical support for employees across the organisation, delivering fast, professional IT support for hardware, software, and endpoint issues. The role

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you'll provide high-quality technical support to A&G; employees, solving hardware and software issues and ensuring seamless IT experiences. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end hardware lifecycle while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide telephone, face-to-face, and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident logs within the ITSM system with clear resolution steps
- Manage hardware and software fulfilment, installations, routine upgrades, and asset lifecycle from deployment to decommissioning
- Deliver professional service by keeping users updated and providing realistic resolution timeframes
- Escalate unresolved technical queries to appropriate teams following established procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement by creating and maintaining knowledge base documentationSupport tasks and small projects as assigned by the Team Leader

What experience you'll bring

- 2-3 years of experience in a professional Desktop Support role
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and deployment within a corporate Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)




- Experience with user and group administration in Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
- Proficiency supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices (Android and iOS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical, analytical approach
- Solid time management and communication skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requests effectively
- A customer service focus and professional demeanour
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA A+) — desirable
- Experience with endpoint deployment tools (Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot) — desirable
- Experience supporting Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat) — desirable
- Basic PowerShell knowledge for task automation — desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM platforms (Jira, ServiceNow) — desirable
