Advanced Landscaping & Design is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer / Offsider to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following the successful completion of a three-month probation period.

About the Role

As a Landscape Labourer / Offsider, you will work alongside experienced landscapers and team leaders, assisting with a variety of landscaping projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to develop their skills within the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape construction and maintenance projects.

- Support the team with hard and soft landscaping tasks, including paving, fencing, retaining walls, turf installation, planting, mulching, and site preparation.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as required.

- Maintain a clean and organised worksite.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.





- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous landscaping, construction, labouring, or outdoor work experience (preferred but not essential).

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- A current and valid driver's licence (preferred).

- A White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
