About the Opportunity
We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join our Member Services team as Inbound Superannuation Consultants.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service and support across a wide range of superannuation enquiries. You'll use your problem-solving skills, curiosity and customer-first mindset to help members navigate their superannuation and retirement needs.
No two days are the same. You'll be exposed to a variety of enquiries and supported through a structured learning journey that will progressively build your knowledge and confidence across our products and services.
You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to gain industry-recognised qualifications and establish a rewarding career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through inbound member calls
- Identify and resolve member enquiries and concerns effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding ESSSuper products and services
- Maintain accurate and complete member records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment
- Refer members to specialist services, including general or comprehensive advice where appropriate
- Develop a strong understanding of superannuation and ESSSuper products
- Complete RG146 accreditation as part of your ongoing development
What We're Looking For
Previous superannuation experience is not required.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, thrive in a customer-focused environment and are eager to learn.

Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer service environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
