About the Role

This is a hands-on position suited to a motivated and safety-focused driver who takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of a wide range of materials and equipment across metropolitan, intrastate, and interstate locations.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Current HC (Heavy Combination) Licence

- White Card

- Forklift Licence

- Proven truck driving experience

- Sound knowledge of road transport legislation and regulations

- Demonstrated experience in load restraint and load security

- Strong knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan and regional road networks

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

The following will be highly regarded:

- Telehandler ticket

- Experience transporting over-dimensional or oversized loads

- CV and DG licences/qualifications

- Experience within the building and construction industry

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:





- Operating heavy vehicles safely and in accordance with all relevant legislation

- Completing daily vehicle pre-start inspections via company app

- Managing daily run sheets and electronic documentation

- Loading, securing, and transporting a variety of materials and equipment

- Conducting local, intrastate, and interstate deliveries

- Transporting oversized and specialized loads where required

- Maintaining vehicles and equipment to a high standard

- Assisting with site setup activities

- Complying with all Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS, and company policies

- Completing site inductions as required

- Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel, dispatchers, and team members

- Ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time

Pre-Employment Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to obtain:

- National Police Clearance

- Working With Children Check

- Fit to Drive / Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
