The Opportunity:
Krispi Foods is looking for motivated sales subcontractors to help grow its customer base across Australia. This would suit someone who enjoys getting out there, opening doors and building relationships. You'll have the flexibility to manage your own approach while representing an established Australian food manufacturer with a growing product range. There is plenty of scope when it comes to who you can target - from independent retailers and cafés through to supermarkets, convenience stores, airlines, distributors, caterers and larger national accounts.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, convenience, food service, hospitality, wholesale, airline and catering sectors
- Build your own pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals and meetings
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Present the Krispi Foods range and identify products that suit each customer's needs




- Pursue both independent businesses and larger commercial or national accounts
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure new business
- Work with the Krispi Foods team to ensure new customers and orders are supported
- Keep across market opportunities, competitors and potential new customer segments
- Represent Krispi Foods at relevant trade shows, events and networking opportunities
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in the CRM

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, wholesale or food service would be an advantage, but isn't essential
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- A proven ability to find and win new business
- Comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new customers and creating your own opportunities
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage your own pipeline and customer relationships
- Current ABN and able to operate as an independent contractor
