As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a polished and memorable bar experience for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-end environment, preparing everything from classic cocktails to premium spirits and providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare classic cocktails and premium spirits
- Provide knowledgeable wine and beverage service
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences
- Work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
About you
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, ideally within a quick-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of premium spirits, wine and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive,
polished approach to guest service
- Reliable, positive and able to work collaboratively within a professional hospitality team
- Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
- Must be available Thursday to Saturday
