A large, mission-driven organisation with a complex multi-site operating model and a genuine appetite for finance transformation. As part of a broader digital and innovation agenda, they're looking for someone to own enterprise financial modelling and shape the future of their finance systems.

Why this role:
This is a rare prospect to lead financial modelling and innovation at scale, with genuine influence over how a large organisation thinks about data-driven decision-making. You'll have autonomy to shape the roadmap, backed by a leadership team invested in getting this right.

The role:

- Take ownership of the organisation's suite of financial models - from revenue and cost forecasting through to long-term sustainability planning, giving leadership the scenarios they need to make confident calls
- Set the direction for how finance systems evolve, prioritising and progressing a pipeline of improvement projects from concept through to rollout
- Act as the bridge between finance and technology teams, translating business needs into practical system and process upgrades
- Build integrated,



automated data solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem - linking tools like Excel, SharePoint, Azure and Power BI (and the broader Power Platform) to streamline reporting and lift data accessibility
- Bring new tools and ways of working to life across the organisation, including hands-on coaching and training for finance and non-finance staff alike
- Build and lead a capable team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable outcomes

What you'll bring:

- CA/CPA (or equivalent)
- A solid track record operating at a senior level within a large, multi-layered organisation, with real depth in either finance systems or data/analytics work
- Exposure to costing methodologies such as Activity Based Costing would set you apart
- A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable working across finance, technology and operational teams to get things done
