Immediate Start | 9-Day Fortnight | No Weekends | Full Time, Permanent Part-Time or Casual
Wickham Terrace Dental is seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team.
This role is based primarily at our Brisbane CBD practice, with the opportunity to work within the wider Wickham Dental Group (including our Carseldine practice when required).
As part of our team, you will enjoy a 9-day fortnight with one late night and no weekends, flexible employment options with full time, permanent part time or casual arrangements, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a modern 5-chair practice. You will bring your experience across a broad range of dental procedures including implants, Invisalign, veneers, crowns and bridges, endodontics and CEREC, while being supported by a team that values professional development, learning and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Chairside assisting our dentists across a variety of procedures
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation
- Lab work and stock control
- Treatment room preparation and maintenance
- Computer-based tasks as required
About you
- Previous Dental Assisting experience (Certificate III an advantage)
- Demonstrates solid infection control and sterilisation skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Presents professionally and communicates confidently with patients and team members
- Positive personality and enjoys being part of a team
- Eager to learn and continue developing skills
- Praktika experience (an advantage)
