Our client is currently seeking experienced Project Engineers for a recent civil project mid September to mid December on an 8:6 roster.
The role provides day-to-day project engineering support across site inspections, contractor coordination, tender and contract administration, project reporting, issue resolution, quality assurance, documentation and stakeholder communication. The position works closely with the Project Manager, project teams, contractors, authorities and clients to support effective project delivery, compliance, cost awareness and timely resolution of construction or design matters.
Across all areas of accountability, the role is expected to support broader business objectives by strengthening operational consistency, maintaining effective service delivery across locations,
and identifying opportunities to engage Aboriginal suppliers in line with business and project needs.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a project engineering, civil engineering or similar project delivery role.
- Civil construction experience across land development, infrastructure, roads, drainage, sewer, water or similar works.
- Experience supporting contractor coordination, construction monitoring, project reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant engineering degree, civil engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to legally work in Australia.
