Are you looking for a casual administration role where no two days are the same?

Rocky Point is looking for a Site Administrator to join our Goulburn team. You'll provide hands-on support across administration, purchasing, logistics and production, helping keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.

This role would be around 25 hours per week across Monday - Friday. A great chance for someone looking for a flexible role that fits around family or other commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming visitors and truck drivers to site and ensuring they sign in
- Creating purchase orders and distributing them to suppliers
- Receipting purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Creating and processing production work orders for the manufacturing team
- Maintaining accurate filing and ensuring paperwork is readily available when required
- Purchasing site consumables and sourcing competitive pricing
- Organising and booking transport in line with company processes
- Checking freight rates against budgets and booking transport time slots
- Liaising with customers and transport providers regarding freight movements and timeframes
- Preparing dispatch and warehouse paperwork, dockets, consignment notes and plant health certificates
- Organising pallet labels for transport, depot and orders
- Reconciling packing slips and PODs from drivers
- Preparing mixed pallet documentation and ensuring all required information is captured
- Providing general administration support across the site as required
- Assisting the Queensland Logistics team when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with people, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers,



suppliers and internal stakeholders
- The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and information
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working autonomously when required
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and following company processes
