We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainee Service Advisor to join our busy dealership team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves cars, enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. No previous Service Advisor experience is required — we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service experience.

- Assist customers with vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements.

- Learn how to prepare service bookings, estimates and job cards.

- Liaise with technicians and the workshop team to keep customers updated.

- Assist with customer enquiries and follow up on completed work.

- Learn how to identify additional service and maintenance opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure they receive exceptional service.

- Develop your knowledge of automotive servicing, workshop processes and dealership systems.

- Work closely with the Service Manager and experienced Service Advisors as you develop your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.





- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Great organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to work as part of a busy team.

- Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

- Previous automotive or dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.

- A current Australian driver’s licence.
