About the role

We are seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for the Ceres Urea Project at Karratha, WA. Working a 20 days on, 8 days off roster, you will install spools and piping systems across a live construction front on one of the largest industrial builds in the state. This is long-term work with genuine duration, not a shutdown.

What you’ll be doing

• Installing carbon steel and stainless piping and spools to isometric drawings

• Cutting, bevelling, fitting and preparing pipe for welding

• Setting up and installing valves, flanges, fittings and supports

• Assisting with hydrotesting, flushing and tie-in works

• Working alongside welders, riggers and scaffolders to keep fronts progressing

• Completing pre-starts, JHAs and take 5s, and maintaining site HSE standards

What you’ll need

• Trade qualification in pipe fitting, boilermaking or fabrication (Certificate III)

• Proven pipe fitting experience on oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical or process plant construction

• Ability to read and interpret isometrics, P&IDs; and GA drawings

• Current White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmospheres

• EWP and rigging or dogging tickets highly regarded

• Current WA driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and D&A; screen
