We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing business on a part time basis. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations for a dynamic, progressive company specialising in providing total solutions for the Concrete Grinding and Polishing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- General financial administration and month-end support
About you
- Currently studying towards (minimum) a Certificate III in Bookkeeping, or holding an equivalent qualification
- Some prior bookkeeping or accounts experience preferred
- Experience with Xero required; NetSuite experience highly regarded (training can be provided)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
