The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to assist in service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
The Candidate:
- A current Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded
- High level of professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- A positive, can-do attitude!
