About the role

DOCTOR SHAMMI is looking for a Customer & Admin Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves people, organisation and getting the details right. You'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our administration team who comprise 3 members.

Key responsibilities

- Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments

- Processing sales and payments

- Rebooking clients and supporting client retention

- Responding to client enquiries across phone and email

- Returning missed calls promptly

- Providing general client support and information

- Sending medical certificates and other relevant documentation

- Responding to client concerns and complaints with warmth, professionalism and sound judgement

- Welcoming and assisting clients throughout their visit

- Maintaining retail displays and keeping shelves stocked

- Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and presented to a high standard

- Managing the administration team rosters

- Coordinating three other administration team members

- Helping allocate daily priorities and responsibilities subject to clinic needs

- Monitoring workflow and ensuring significant tasks are completed
