Scotford Fennessy is partnering with a leading mining operation in the Pilbara to source experienced Wet Plant Operators. We're seeking safety-focused operators with proven mineral processing experience across grinding, flotation, filtration, thickening, and associated wet plant circuits to support ongoing production at a large-scale operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate and monitor wet plant processing circuits to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
- Monitor and control thickeners, filtration systems, wet screening, grinding, flotation, and HPGR circuits.
- Conduct routine plant inspections and identify process, equipment, or safety issues.
- Perform sampling and record operational data in line with site procedures.
- Troubleshoot process upsets and work with the team to maintain plant performance.
- Assist with shutdowns, isolations, and maintenance activities as required.
- Complete housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and secure work environment.
- Report equipment defects, hazards, and operational issues promptly.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in wet plant processing operations.
- Demonstrated experience working with thickeners, belt filtration systems,



wet screening, grinding circuits, flotation circuits, and HPGR (High Pressure Grinding Rolls).
- Strong understanding of plant operations, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining high operational standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive site culture.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in lithium, gold, nickel, copper, or iron ore processing operations.
- Exposure to control room operations.
- Loader, excavator, forklift, EWP, or other mobile plant tickets.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience.
- Confined Space and Working at Heights certifications.
