What you'll do:

- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee to brand standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
- Operate the bar area, including restocking, maintaining presentation standards and monitoring stock levels
- Mix and serve basic cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and professionally
- Assist with breakfast setup and pack-down, including buffet presentation
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented work environment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest enquiries professionally
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:





- Previous experience in food and beverage service in a hotel is preferred
- A passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
- Proven barista and/or cocktail experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Valid RSA and Food Safety Certification
