Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Fully Registered Kindergarten Teacher to join our established Tarneit Unity Park service.This is an exciting opportunity to join our 3–5 year old Kindergarten Room and become part of a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to providing exceptional learning outcomes for children.
This role has become available due to an internal team movement, with our current Kindergarten Teacher transitioning to another opportunity. We are looking for a new team member who can join the centre and work alongside our existing educators to ensure a smooth transition and continued delivery of a high-quality kindergarten program.
Please note: This position is only open to candidates who hold Full VIT Registration. Unfortunately, provisional registration cannot be considered for this role.

The Opportunity
As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality funded Kindergarten program for children aged 3–5 years
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), EYLF and Aspire's Connect.

- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Support and mentor educators within the Kinder Room through your leadership and knowledge
- Maintain high standards of curriculum planning, assessment and documentation
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Victorian Kindergarten Funding Guidelines
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to continually improve educational outcomes
- Work a 38-hour full-time week on a rotating roster (between 6:00am and 6:30pm)
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Full VIT Registration (essential)
- Experience delivering funded Kindergarten programs
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and collaborate with educators
- A passion for creating inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Victorian Kindergarten Funding requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A reflective and passionate teaching approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
