The Role:

Quoter
Ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and has the confidence to assess job scopes, compile quotations and present to the client, while still getting on the tools for minor installations.

You will be attending a variety of maintenance jobs with the urgent jobs requiring immediate resolution such as blocked drains, burst pipes, diagnostic works being completed by you and the bigger jobs you sell will be completed by the installation team.

(Opportunity to move into and Operations Manager for the right person).

About You





If you're a motivated plumber who takes pride in your work and enjoys delivering quality solutions for customers and you want to continue thriving in the industry, you will bring:

- A friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Strong knowledge of AS3500/ AS5601 requirements and best practices.

- Gas appliance experience (highly regarded) or at a minimum the desire to up skill in this field.

- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a supportive team.

- A current White Card and a valid driver's licence (essential).

- A reliable, punctual, and well-presented approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
