We're seeking a Business Support Coordinator to support our Goulburn team across administration, people support, office coordination, and business operations. This position is initially offered on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days. As the business continues to grow, there is potential for the role to transition to full-time in the future. Applicants should be open to and have the capacity to increase their hours if this opportunity arises.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll provide broad business support across a range of functions and work closely with both operational and corporate teams. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys balancing competing priorities, solving problems and helping colleagues succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to leaders and technical teams
- Coordinating office operations, supplies, facilities and service providers
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Supporting HR, payroll and finance administration
- Formatting reports, proposals, tenders and other business documents
- Organising travel, accommodation and company events
- Assisting with maintaining quality, safety and office procedures
- Acting as a key point of coordination across different parts of the business

What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous experience in a business support, office management, administration or coordination role
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business
Desirable
- Diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification
- Exposure to marketing, payroll or business systems administration
- Experience supporting bids, tenders or professional services teams
