The Blonde Group is a growing Sydney-based hospitality and catering business located in Annandale. We specialise in catering, events and delivered food experiences, providing high-quality food and service to businesses, private clients and events across Sydney.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team and help showcase our brand, products, people and events through engaging digital content.

About the Role

As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating fresh, engaging and visually appealing content across our social media and digital marketing channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, creating content, telling stories and finding creative ways to connect with customers.

You will work closely with the wider team to develop content that reflects the personality of The Blonde Group and helps grow our online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging photo and video content for social media and digital platforms.

- Plan and manage a regular content calendar.

- Film and edit short-form videos, Reels and other social media content.

- Photograph food, events, products, venues and behind-the-scenes activities.

- Develop creative ideas and campaigns to promote our catering and events.

- Manage and maintain social media content across relevant platforms.

- Write engaging captions and marketing copy.

- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.





- Work with the team to promote new products, events, campaigns and special offers.

- Review content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.

- Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all digital channels.

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident, with a genuine interest in content creation and digital marketing.

The successful candidate will have:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing

- Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing (minimum 1 year).

- Strong photography and videography skills.

- Experience creating and editing short-form video content.

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.

- Strong written and communication skills.

- A creative eye and attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.

- Experience in hospitality, food, events or lifestyle content will be highly regarded.
