Barefoot Early Childhood is looking for some additional team members to join our fun loving, fast growing tribe. We are currently looking for experienced Diploma and Certificate qualified Educators for both casual positions.

Time to be. Space to breathe. We love a hot chocolate and a yarn around the campfire and exploring our local waterways and forests at Bush Kindy. Kindness and respectful behaviours are an expectation of all children attending Barefoot. We ensure the needs of all children are being met, and children who are unregulated are supported through a "restorative chat" process by the leadership team, so teaching and learning can continue in our classrooms uninterrupted. We work closely with Inclusion Support and families to ensure that practice and expectations are consistent. This proactive approach, teamed with our inspirational and engaging programs and whole day access to large natural playgrounds means our educators can focus on what they do best rather than spending their days supporting behaviours.
