We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inventory Coordinator to support demand planning, supplier communication and inventory management across a portfolio of international leading brands in the consumer electronics category, consisting of wearable health and fitness trackers and cameras.
Key responsibilities
Forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands
Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Analyse sales to support ordering levels
Observe trends via inventory data, due to promotional activity and outside influences
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow and delivery
Maintain accurate product, pricing, and stock data within internal systems
Assist with reporting, claims, product launches, and retailer submissions
Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements across assigned brands
About you
Previous experience in inventory, forecasting and administration, with a willingness to learn
Robust attention to detail with an analytical mindset
Competent in Excel, with the skills to learn new systems and reporting tools
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced workplace
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
