About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistently high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate hospitality team across a busy and diverse operation.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
Assisting with preparation, service and kitchen organisation
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and hospitality team
Maintaining consistency during high-volume service periods
Contributing to a positive, professional and respectful kitchen culture

We’re looking for someone who:




Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Is passionate about food and hospitality
Thrives in a busy, hands-on workplace
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation
Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
Is adaptable across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Is ready to embrace the unique experience of working on an island
