We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team at HanOk Box Hill.

This role is suitable for someone who works well in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace and is willing to learn. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Restocking ingredients and supplies as required
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting with general kitchen duties
Working efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Good teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
